The 3" Length ERGOGLIDE® has been used through out homes to add extra "GRIP" to the many windows in need of a better way to open and close them.
Ergo Pros Does NOT recommend using the ERGOGLIDE® on any SINGLE PANE WINDOWS. However, we recommend using the 3" ERGOGLIDE® in the home, camp, RV's or DOUBLE PANE wooden, vinyl, metal type framed windows. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Wooden Framed DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS ONLY (not recommended for singe pane windows) such as the UP & DOWN.
Bathroom one shown below often having no where to GRAB or GRIP when you open and close them. We used a set of 3" ERGOGLIDES® on our window and we are able to open and close the window with ease. My Mom can open & close easily without agitating her Rheumatoid Arthritis.

How To Apply ERGOGLIDE To Window
PREPARE WINDOW
Simply apply alcohol wipe provided
w/ ERGOGLIDE® |
Allow to dry and wipe clean with a
lint-free cloth; be careful not to
contaminate adhesive area. |
Peel and stick ERGOGLIDE® in
desired spot. |
APPLY ERGOGLIDE® TO WINDOW
Press firmly for 30 seconds to
seal bond. |
Let ERGOGLIDE® set overnight
before using. |
This 3" ERGOGLIDE® provides
easier opening. |
